Accountability Report
An Accountability Report is required within one year of receipt of funds and assures the Foundation Trustees that money has been spent as planned and the anticipated outcomes have been achieved. Further grants will not be made until an accountability report is received.
Answering the following questions will give us information in a consistent way to report to Trustees and meet audit requirements.
You can also upload any reports, images or supporting documents that you would like us to review. All information that we collect from these reports may be used by IHC New Zealand or the IHC Foundation as stories on our digital or printed media.
